Net-30 payment
terms.

Net-30 payment terms are available to wholesale accounts that meet all of the following criteria:

• Active wholesale account in good standing for a minimum of 90 days
• Minimum of three (3) prior orders placed and paid on time
• No outstanding balance or disputed charges
• Minimum monthly purchase volume of $1,000 net
• Completed credit application on file

To apply for Net-30 terms, submit a credit application via email to jack@incatrailterpenes.com with the subject line Net-30 Application. Include your business name, EIN or Tax ID, accounts payable contact, and two trade references. Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved credit limits are based on purchase history and trade reference verification.

Net-30 invoices are due 30 calendar days from invoice date. Invoices are issued at the time of shipment. A grace period of five (5) business days applies before a late notice is issued. Accounts with outstanding invoices beyond 45 days from invoice date will be placed on prepay-only status until the balance is cleared.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice date accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance, beginning on day 31. Inca Trail Terpenes reserves the right to suspend Net-30 privileges for any account with two or more late payments within a 12-month period.

Net-30 credit limits are established at account approval and reviewed quarterly. Initial credit limits are typically set at 1.5 times the average order value from the prior 90-day purchase history. Requests to increase credit limits may be submitted in writing after 180 days of Net-30 account activity.

Disputed invoices must be reported in writing within 10 business days of invoice date. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain due by the original net date. Inca Trail Terpenes will respond to written disputes within 5 business days.
