Unlike cannabis butter, canna-flour involves cooking and consuming the whole plant, so if you have an aversion to the taste of cannabis, this method may not be ideal for you. However, it is very simple to prepare and provides a fiber boost.

Begin by decarboxylating the cannabis (225 F for 30 to 45 minutes in the oven). Place the flower into the food processor (or coffee grinder) and process it to a fine powder. Replace up to 1/4 of the flour your recipe calls for with canna-flour. Sift through the two flours together to blend evenly and remove inconsistencies. It is best to not cook above 340 F. Cannabis flour has a strong taste so use it in recipes with strong flavors to balance it out.
